The project is a sustainable, contemporary community with living units, office and retail space, and a new church, while improving upon the eclectic nature of the existing community on Abbot Kinney. A landscaped pedestrian walkway is created along the back of the units that connect the residential parking areas and allows optional work spaces to open on to and interact with the walkway.  The pedestrian walkway connects the parking areas to the outdoor dining and sculpture garden courtyard. A series of sustainable elements are incorporated with the intent of achieving a LEED certified silver rating; solar power, roof gardens, recycled and renewable building materials, energy efficient HVAC systems, natural ventilation and maximized day-lighting are all incorporated into the project.
